1. Promotion open to all UK business users only, aged 18 or over, except employees of Rombouts Coffee GB Ltd, their immediate families. No deliveries outside the UK.

2. Closing date for receipt of all applications is 31/12/2011.

3. The promotional items are listed below with their individual reference numbers for ordering, together with the required number of tokens for each item.

4. The Rombouts Cut Out & Collect items are subject to maximum items per customer and are as follows:

i) All Rombouts Cups & Saucers are subject to a maximum of 8 sets of each type per customer.

ii) Rombouts Point of Sale packs are subject to a maximum of 6 packs per customer.

iii) Rombouts Pavement Sign/Chalk Boards are subject to a maximum of 2 units per customer.

5. Rombouts Cut Out & Collect items can be only be redeemed via the following method: Print off a Rombouts Cut Out & Collect order form at www.rombouts.co.uk/professional or request an order form by calling the Rombouts Coffee team on 0845 604 0188, then fill in and send the completed order form together with the appropriate number of tokens to ROMBOUTS COFFEE GB LTD – COLLECTORS SCHEME, Manhattan House, 140 High Street, Crowthorne, Berkshire, RG45 7AY.  Please don’t forget to opt-in on your form to receive further information from Rombouts Coffee.

6. Only original tokens will be accepted. Applications submitted with photocopied tokens, or tokens that have been reproduced by any other means, or tampered with in any way, will be rejected.

7. No responsibility accepted for applications lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of delivery.

8. Allow 28 days from receipt of application for delivery.

9. Rombouts items are offered subject to availability. In the unlikely event of orders exceeding expectations, we will contact you within 30 days and offer you a suitable alternative.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the offered items with alternatives of equal or greater value, in the case that one or more items were to become unavailable for any reason.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend or terminate the promotion, in whole or in part, at any time, giving three months notice via www.rombouts.co.uk/professional and/or in writing to applicants known at such time, even though these changes may affect the Rombouts range that may be offered, the number of tokens that may be required, or the time after which any issue of tokens may cease to be valid.

12. All deliveries must be to the registered business address. Deliveries can not be made to residential addresses.
