Delivery within the United Kingdom (UK Only)

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after receipt; this will normally be within 24 hours. We have a cut off time of 12 noon for next working day deliveries. When an order is placed online it is sent to our sales office where it is processed. If there are any shortages or queries with the order we will contact you on the telephone number or email address you have provided. If you have a credit account set up with us, we will process the order in the standard manner. If you do not have a credit account set up we will contact you for payment details before processing the order.

Free Next Day Delivery

We offer Free Next Day Delivery* on all orders over £35 (Including VAT). Any orders under £35 will automatically incur a £6.99 + VAT postage & packaging charge. Deliveries are mostly made by FedEx, although this may change at any time, and standard delivery times are Monday to Friday between 9am & 5pm.

* Excluding weekends & Bank holidays. Delivery to some Northern Scotland and UK offshore locations may take longer and may incur additional charges. For Northern Ireland customers we have distributors we will pass all orders/enquiries to. Your first online order as a new customer may take slightly longer than usual (Allow one extra working day). This is to ensure account is set up correctly on our system.

Online Trade Accounts

Online Trade ordering is available to all of our direct trade customers. The site allows you to search, select and order from our product range. Prices are available to view when logged in. There is currently no facility for payments to be made online. When you place an order online, the order is received in offices where it is processed in the normal manner. If you have a credit account we will add the order to your account and send it to you via the standard delivery method. If you do not have a credit account we will contact you for payment prior to the order being dispatched. We will contact you as soon as possible should there be any issues with the delivery, e.g. any out of stock items. You will receive a standard order acknowledgement upon placing the order online and once processed an official invoice will be generated and sent out to you.

Our customer support telephone number is 0845 604 0188 (Local call rate). Our staff are available from 8:30am -5:00pm Monday - Friday. An answer phone service available at all other times.

Cancellation Rights and Guarantee

Rombouts Coffee GB Ltd – Professional Division offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means if you are not satisfied with any product that you purchase from us you can cancel your contract within seven working days, the seven working day cancellation period begins the day after the day the goods are received, for a full refund. All monies including the initial postage and packing charges will be refunded within thirty days of your cancellation.

Unwanted Goods

Should you wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped we can simply cancel the order. However, if you are in receipt of your goods you the customer may have to arrange for the return of the goods at your own costs. If the goods are not returned, Rombouts Coffee GB Ltd will collect them, and deduct the direct cost incurred from the refund.

We will acknowledge receipt of all complaints by return and endeavour to fully answer all queries within 5 working days. If your query cannot be answered fully in this time, we will contact you to advise a likely timescale for resolution.

Descriptions of Products and Product Specifications

Whilst ever effort has been taken to ensure all products descriptions and specifications are correct and up to date, there may be occasions where we update and improve on the products that are not reflected online. Shelf Life - We list the maximum shelf life and if applicable the minimum shelf life of the products that will be shipped to you.
